Isabelle Coe

Director and Founder

French born, Isabelle moved to England in 1995 and has 20 years experience in accountancy and finance within Civil Engineering, Leisure and Optical industries. Notably Isabelle successfully turned around an International Toy distribution business before being head hunted by Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway Group, leading the integration of a market leading components company into the American group, before founding Coehesion.

Robin Coe

Director and Cofounder

FCCA qualified, accountancy practice trained with 25 years of experience, Robin has operated primarily as a Board level FD in Media, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals and Financial Services. His most notable successes include a Blue Chip Logistics group - doubling turnover to £350m in 5 years, a loss making media company turned around and sold for a 7 figure sum and driving a Fund Management Business achieving asset growth from £700m to £6.3bn in under 4 years.

Strategic Planning

  • Create watertight business and financial plans by learning from your past, understanding where your business is now and plan where you want your business to go – and beyond. We will be your 24/7 guiding hands and constant support, setting your targets, monitoring your performance and keep your plans on track, re-assessing regularly to reflect new ideas and fresh challenges for growth, turnaround or exit.
